What is or where can I get the value of an 1850's handmade Green River Butcher knife?
What is the value of an 8 3/4 inch blade, 13 3/4inches w/ handle handmade green river butcher knife from the mid 1850's?

- Probably not a lot. It isn't as handmade as you think. Hundreds were turned out and more importantly to your situation, they were used. Collectors like knives in pristine condition. If you had one like this you could make some bucks. If a lot of the blade is missing due to sharpening, maybe 20 or 30 dollars.
